IHSG jatuh 2,5% wow dan LQ45 terkoreksi 3,3% wow di mana S&amp;P 500 turun 1,3% wow dan Nasdaq terkoreksi 1,5% wow.<\/li>\n<li>Yield obligasi IndoGB yang berada pada 6,8% mengikuti yield US Treasury yang sudah mencapai 4,4%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Macro:<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data job opening JOLTS AS 7,44jt di September 2024 (vs. 7.86 jt di Aug24)<\/li>\n<li>Pertumbuhan PDB 3Q24 di Eropa 0,9% yoy (vs 0,9% yoy di 2Q24).<\/li>\n<li>Pertumbuhan PDB 3Q24 di AS 2,8% yoy (vs 3,0% yoy di 2Q24).<\/li>\n<li>Bank of Japan menahan suku bunga acuan 0,25%.<\/li>\n<li>Inflasi Eropa naik ke 2% di Oct24 (vs 1,7% di Sep24), sedangkan inflasi inti 2,7% sama seperti bulan Sep24.<\/li>\n<li>Inflasi PCE AS bulan Sep24 2,1% (vs 2,3% di Aug24), PCE inti 2,7% sama seperti bulan Aug24.<\/li>\n<li>China Caixin PMI Manufacturing Oct24 naik ke 50,3 (vs 49,3 di Sep24).<\/li>\n<li>Indonesia S&amp;P PMI Manufacturing Oct24 tetap sama di 49,2.<\/li>\n<li>Inflasi Indonesia di Oct24 kembali turun ke 1,71% yoy (vs 1,84% yoy di Sep24), inflasi inti naik ke 2,21% yoy (vs2,09% yoy di Aug24)<\/li>\n<li>Non Farm Payroll AS Oct24 hanya tercatat 12 ribu dari sebelumnya 223 ribu dan Unemployment rate AS Oct24 berada stabil di 4.1%.<\/li>\n<li>AS S&amp;P PMI Manufacturing Oct24 naik tipis ke 48.5 (vs 47.3 di Sep24), namun ISM manufacturing turun ke 46,5 (vs 47.2 di Sep24).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"picture-of-the-week\">Picture of the week<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11004\" src=\"https:\/\/mandiri-invest.azdevs.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2024-11-04-at-09.43.56.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1552\" height=\"876\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bulan Oktober 2024 telah usai dan berdasarkan indeks IBPA composite index pasar obligasi terkoreksi 0,99%. Secara historis, dalam 10 tahun terakhir seharusnya pasar obligasi dapat bertumbuh rata-rata 0,40% dengan probabilitas return positif 40% (Pic 1). Koreksi bulan Oktober terjadi karena US Treasury yang naik dari 3,7% menjadi 4,3% sehingga IndoGb yield ikut tergerus menuju 6,9% dari 6,4%. Bergesernya yield di pasar AS terjadi karena dua hal yang sedang diamati. Pertama, adanya keraguan pasar akan turunnya ekonomi AS lebih dalam di mana saat ini data-data menunjukan ekonomi masih cukup baik sehingga the Fed mungkin menurunkan suku bunga dengan skala yang lebih kecil. Kedua, pemilu AS yang menunjukan bahwa kebijakan kedepan dengan menaikan tarif dan menurunkan pajak akan membuat penerbitan obligasi pemerintah AS lebih besar sehingga yield yang ditawarkan naik. Meskipun demikian, kami melihat argumen pasar dapat berubah cepat. Pemilu AS akan berlangsung pada awal November, begitu pula dengan pertemuan the Fed. Kami masih meyakini akan terjadi perlambatan ekonomi AS\u00a0 (soft landing). Sehingga pemotongan suku bunga masih akan terus berlanjut. Berdasarkan data, probabilitas return positif mencapai hampir 90% dengan rata \u2013 rata kinerja +1.62% dalam sebulan. <b>Rekomendasi<\/b><b>: MIDO2, IDAMAN. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr
