IHSG bergerak positif 0,3% wow dan LQ45 tumbuh 0,4% wow. Bertahannya pasar saham karena stimulus fiskal yang diberitakan pemerintah China sepertinya belum mampu untuk mengangkat ekonomi China lebih cepat. <i>Outflow<\/i> dari pasar saham Indonesia berkurang pada pekan lalu.<\/li>\n<li>Yield IndoGb bertahan di 6,7% meskipun UST yield terkoreksi menjadi 4,1%. Terkoreksinya pasar obligasi karena pasar tenaga kerja yang masih baik. Namun inflasi AS terlihat masih dalam tren yang terus menurun.<\/li>\n<li>Nilai tukar berada pada Rp15.575 per USD dari seminggu sebelumnya 15.480 per USD<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Macro:<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indonesia mencatatkan cadangan devisa stabil USD 149,9 miliar di Sep24 (vs USD 150,2 miliar Aug24).<\/li>\n<li>Penjualan motor domestik bulan Sep24 tumbuh 3,7% yoy (vs 7,4% yoy Aug24). Sedangkan penjualan mobil berada masih turun 9,1% yoy meski lebih baik dari -14% yoy di Aug24.<\/li>\n<li>Indeks keyakinan konsumen IKK Sep24 tetap kuat 123,5 (vs 124,4 Aug24).<\/li>\n<li>Inflasi PCI AS tercatat 2,4% yoy di Sep24, tren yang terus menurun dari sebelumnya 2,5% yoy. Inflasi inti Sep24 sedikit meningkat menjadi 3,3% yoy dari sebelumnya 3,2% yoy. Sementara untuk PPI Sep24 menurun menjadi 1,8% yoy dari 1,9% yoy sebelumnya.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"picture-of-the-week\">Picture of the week<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10957\" src=\"https:\/\/mandiri-invest.azdevs.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2024-10-14-at-10.05.15.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1876\" height=\"1302\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Inflasi AS turun ke 2,4% yoy di September 2024 namun masih di atas ekspektasi para ekonom di 2,3% yoy (Pic 1). Penurunan tersebut merupakan penurunan ke-enam berturut-turut. Meski inflasi inti masih sedikit meningkat ke 3,3% yoy dari sebelumnya 3,2% yoy namun hal tersebut terlihat masih wajar karena masih dalam trajektori menurun. Minggu sebelumnya data tenaga kerja menunjukan bisnis di AS melalui Non-Farm payroll masih mampu menambah 254 ribu posisi di September, melampaui ekspektasi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10958\" src=\"https:\/\/mandiri-invest.azdevs.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2024-10-14-at-10.05.38.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1874\" height=\"1296\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu data pengangguran turun tipis ke 4,1% setelah sebelumnya selalu naik setiap bulan (Pic 2). Baik inflasi dan data tenaga kerja tersebut dinilai baik karena menunjukan ekonomi AS masih pada jalur yang seperti diperkirakan yakni \u2018soft landing\u2019. Pertanyaan saat ini adalah apakah The Fed masih harus memotong suku bunga sebesar 50 bps pada meeting berikutnya di November seperti yang terjadi di September. Para ekonom sepertinya melihat hanya The Fed hanya akan memotong 25 bps saja agar menjaga kestabilan ekonomi.<\/p>\n<p>Kami merekomendasikan investor untuk memilih Reksa Dana obligasi seperti RD MIDO2 (Rupiah fund) dan RD IDAMAN (USD fund) karena kami meyakini yield obligasi akan kembali menguat kedepannya karena tren penurunan ekonomi serta pemotongan suku bunga baru saja
