IHSG menguat 1,18% wow menjadi 7.812. Berbeda halnya dengan indeks LQ45 yang sebetulnya naik 1% wowo menjadi 959 namun belum kembali ke level awal tahun 970. Sehingga menurut kami saham domestik masih memiliki potensi kenaikan meskipun sudah menguat karena investor asing belum sepenuhnya kembali. Selain itu, saham lapisan kedua mulai bangkit mengejar ketinggalan yang merupakan hal yang ditunggu-tunggu oleh banyak investor.<\/li>\n<li>Yield obligasi kembali menguat baik dari US Treasury maupun IndoGb yang masing-masing menjadi 3,65% dan 6,56% sehingga spread antara kedua yield berada di 292 bps.<\/li>\n<li>Nilai tukar Rupiah stabil di Rp15,395 per USD memberikan kesempatan bagi investor yang ingin memiliki diversifikasi investasi ke aset kelas yang lain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Macro:<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indonesia mencatatkan penurunan penjualan mobil -14,2% yoy dan kenaikan penjualan motor 7,4% yoy di Agustus 2024.<\/li>\n<li>Retail sales Indonesia naik 4,5% yoy di Juli 2024, tumbuh dari 2,7% yoy di Juni 2024.<\/li>\n<li>Indeks keyakinan konsumen naik tipis 124,4 di Agustus 2024 dari sebelumnya 123,4.<\/li>\n<li>Inflasi China masih stabil di 0,6% yoy di Agustus 2024, hampir sama seperti sebelumnya 0,5% yoy.<\/li>\n<li>Inflasi AS terus menurun ke 2,5% yoy di Agustus 2024 dari sebelumnya 2,9% yoy. Inflasi inti masih tetap bertahan di 3,2% yoy namun dalam trajektori menurun. Begitu pula halnya dengan PPI AS yang turun menjadi 1,7% yoy di Agustus 2024 dari sebelumnya 2,1% yoy.<\/li>\n<li>Bank Sentral Eropa ECB menurunkan 25 bps suku bunga acuan menjadi 3,5% dari 3,75%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"picture-of-the-week\">Picture of the week<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10881\" src=\"https:\/\/mandiri-invest.azdevs.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2024-09-17-at-10.11.32.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1652\" height=\"1068\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Minggu ini (18 Agustus 2024) kita menunggu keputusan penting dari Bank Central AS yang telah lama dinantikan oleh semua pelaku pasar. Inflasi AS di Agustus 2024 telah mendekati 2% seperti yang ditargetkan dari awal sedangkan policy rate masih berada di 5,5% (Pic 1). Pertanyaannya adalah seberapa besar suku bunga AS akan turun\u00a0 melihat inflasi yang turun besar beberapa bulan terakhir agar tidak terjadi resesi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10882\" src=\"https:\/\/mandiri-invest.azdevs.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2024-09-17-at-10.11.47.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1656\" height=\"1134\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, Bank Indonesia diperkirakan juga akan menyesuaikan kebijakan moneter bulan depan atau setidaknya akhir tahun ini. ECB rate pada September 2024 baru saja turun 25 bps untuk kedua kalinya tahun ini setelah yang pertama di Juni 2024 dan Bank of England telah turun sekali di Agustus 2024 (Pic 2). Musim penurunan suku bunga ini baik buat perekonomian dan akan berdampak pada pasar modal.
