Kenaikan indeks saham masih disebabkan oleh positif sentimen dari sektor property dan konsumer non-cyclical.<\/li>\n<li>Yield obligasi stabil di 6,6% selama sepekan dan diperkirakan masih akan terus menguat melihat yield dari UST terus menguat ke 3,72%. Yield spread kembali melebar ke 289 bps dari sebelumnya 272 bps.<\/li>\n<li>Nilai tukar Rupiah masih terus menguat menjadi Rp15.360 per USD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Macro:<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indonesia mencatatkan inflasi 2,12% yoy (-0,03% mom) di Agustus 2024, hampir sama seperti bulan sebelumnya di 2,13% yoy (-0,18% mom). Sedangkan inflasi inti tumbuh 2,02% yoy, naik dari sebelumnya 1,95% yoy.<\/li>\n<li>PMI Manufacturing Indonesia terus menurun di Agustus 2024 menjadi 48,9 dari sebelumnya 49,3.<\/li>\n<li>China mencatatkan PMI Manufacturing kembali ke zona ekspansi 50,4 di Agustus 2024, dari sebelumnya 49,8.<\/li>\n<li>Berbeda dengan China, ISM PMI Manufacturing AS masih pada zona kontraksi 5 bulan berturut-turut di 47,2 pada Agustus 2024 (vs 46,8 di Juli 2024). Data S&amp;P PMI Manufacturing AS juga menunjukan hal yang sama yakni masih kontraksi di 47,9 dari sebelumnya 49,6.<\/li>\n<li>Pasar tenaga kerja AS semakin melemah dimulai dengan JOLTS Job Openings yang turun menjadi 7,67 juta di Agustus 2024 (vs 7,91 juta di Juli 2024).<\/li>\n<li>Non farm payroll bertambah 142 ribu di Agustus 2024 dari bulan sebelumnya 89 ribu. Sedangkan, tingkat pengangguran sedikit menurun ke 4,2% dari sebelumnya 4,3%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"picture-of-the-week\">Picture of the week<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10812\" src=\"https:\/\/mandiri-invest.azdevs.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2024-09-09-at-11.03.32.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1906\" height=\"1394\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kenaikan indeks IHSG patut disambut positif oleh pelaku pasar karena mampu mencapai level yang telah lama diharapkan dapat tercapai. Penantian selama ini tidak sia-sia karena momentum kenaikan ini dibarengi oleh kondisi macro global yang baik dan domestik yang stabil. Indeks LQ45 yang biasanya menjadi indikator kepemilikan saham Indonesia oleh investor asing terlihat sudah mulai kembali bangkit pada tahun ini. Pada tahun \u2013 tahun pemilu investor asing\u00a0 cenderung positif terhadap saham Indonesia (Pic 1). Bulan Oktober 2024, pemerintahaan baru akan dilantik dan kabinet baru akan terbentuk yang membuat investor global bisa mendapatkan kepastian akan keberlanjutan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10813\" src=\"https:\/\/mandiri-invest.azdevs.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2024-09-09-at-11.03.50.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1906\" height=\"1262\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>IHSG secara umum sebetulnya masih belum pada kondisi optimal karena bila kita mengeluarkan 7 saham (BREN, BRPT, CUAN TPIA, AMMN, PANI, DSSA) dari perhitungan IHSG maka indeks saham sebetulnya masih di level 5,762\u00a0 dengan forward PE 9,3x (Pic 2). Maka dari itu, meski indeks saham sepertinya sudah naik banyak, namun peluang investor yang belum masuk atau masih ingin tambah posisi kepemilikan Reksa Dana saham masih terbuka
