Investor cenderung menunggu data inflasi PCE AS di hari Jumat serta meeting FOMC dan pengumuman US Treasury pada minggu ini.<\/li>\n<li>Sama halnya dengan yield dari IndoGb yang masih mendekati 7%. Namun demikian nilai tukar Rupiah melemah 0,6% wow menjadi Rp16.285 per USD.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Macro:<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bank Central China menurunkan 10 bps loan prime rate 1 yr ke 3,35% dan 5yr ke 3,85%. Selain itu, Medium Term Lending Facility Rate juga diturunkan menjadi 2,3% dari sebelumnya 2,5%.<\/li>\n<li>Money supply M2 Indonesia bulan Juni 2024 di 7,8% yoy, bertahan dari sebelumny 7,6% yoy.<\/li>\n<li>Pertumbuhan PDB AS di 2Q24 mencapai 2,8% yoy, lebih tinggi dari konsensus 2,0%.<\/li>\n<li>PCE AS di Jun24 bertahan di 2,5% yoy dan Core PCE AS di Jun24 2,6% yoy, masing-masing sama seperti bulan sebelumnya.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"picture-of-the-week\">Picture of the week<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10610\" src=\"https:\/\/mandiri-invest.azdevs.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2024-07-29-at-10.00.10.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1044\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pertumbuhan PDB AS di 2Q24 naik 2,8% yoy, terlihat kuat di saat The Fed mempertimbangkan untuk memangkas suku bunga acuan. Bila menarik lebih jauh ke 2010 sebenarnya data tersebut tidak begitu spektakuler (Pic 1), terutama melihat data <i>real final sales to private domestic purchasers <\/i>(data untuk memantau permintaan dengan mengeluarkan trade, inventories dan government spending) yang sama seperti kuartal sebelumnya. Data ekonomi terutama pertumbuhan PDB sebetulnya lagging indicator.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10611\" src=\"https:\/\/mandiri-invest.azdevs.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2024-07-29-at-10.00.33.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1918\" height=\"1060\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Namun momentum indicator dari ekonomi AS (data kriminalitas, pasar tenaga kerja melemah) mulai terlihat menurun (Pic 2). Hal tersebut semakin menguatkan harapan pasar akan pemotongan suku bunga harus segera dilakukan di tahun ini jika tidak ingin sampai masuk ke fase resesi. Kondisi ini akan menguntungkan bagi kelas aset saham dan obligasi.
