IHSG naik 2,15% wow ke 6.879 dan LQ45 meloncat 2,60% wow menuju 867. RD Indeks FTSE ESG tumbuh 4,0% dalam seminggu, diikuti oleh RD MICB 2,97% wow, RD MITRA 2,68% wow serta ASEAN5 2,60% wow.<\/li>\n<li>Yield dari IndoGb masih berada pada level 7,1% dan jika dibandingkan dengan US Treasury yang bertahan di 4,2% maka spread mendekati 300 bps. Nilai tukar Rupiah yang melemah ke Rp 16.445 menjadi tantangan untuk spread kembali menyempit ke kisaran 250 bps. Namun pelemahan Rupiah sepertinya bersifat sementara dan yield di atas 7% menjadi menarik untuk investor obligasi.<\/li>\n<li>Pasar uang mendapat peluang positif untuk mendapatkan return lebih tinggi karena adanya trend kenaikan deposito rate. RD MIPU A mampu memberikan 0,25% dalam satu bulan dan RD MMUSD 0,18% dalam satu bulan terakhir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Macro:<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Retail sales AS May24 tercatat 0,1% mom (vs 0,2% mom konsensus)<\/li>\n<li>Neraca dagang Indonesia surplus USD 2,93 milyar di May24 (vs USD 2,72 milyar di Apr24)<\/li>\n<li>Ekspor Indonesia tumbuh 2,86% yoy di May24 (vs 1,72% yoy di Apr24), sedangkan impor turun 8,83% yoy (vs +10,09% yoy)<\/li>\n<li>Inflasi Inggris tercatat 2% yoy di May24 (vs 2,3% yoy di Apr24)<\/li>\n<li>China loan prime rate 1Yr and 5 Yr bertahan pada 3,45% dan 3,95%, sama seperti sebelumnya.<\/li>\n<li>BI mempertahankan BI rate di 6,25% pada bulan Jun24.<\/li>\n<li>Pertumbuhan kredit bank di May24 tumbuh 12,15% yoy (vs 13,09% yoy di Apr24)<\/li>\n<li>Pertumbuhan Money Supply M2 naik ke 7,6% yoy di May24 (vs 6,9% yoy di Apr24).<\/li>\n<li>Inflasi Jepang naik menjadi 2,8% yoy di May24 (vs 2,5% yoy di Apr24).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"picture-of-the-week\">Picture of the week<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10495\" src=\"https:\/\/mandiri-invest.azdevs.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2024-06-24-at-11.44.27.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1674\" height=\"1142\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Musim Great Sale di pasar modal\u00a0 terjadi berbarengan dengan musim sale di pusat perbelanjaan. Baik di pasar obligasi maupun di pasar saham. Pasar obligasi terkoreksi dengan yield dari IndoGb yang naik di atas 7% dengan yield spread terhadap US Treasury mendekati 300 bps (Pic 1) di mana rata \u2013 rata dalam setahun terakhir 250 bps. Jika Rupiah kembali menguat, seharusnyas yield dari IndoGb dapat kembali ke level di bawah 7%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10496\" src=\"https:\/\/mandiri-invest.azdevs.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2024-06-24-at-11.44.40.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1682\" height=\"1150\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pasar saham terkoreksi dalam selama dua bulan terakhir. IHSG ex-7 (tanpa saham BREN, BRPT, TPIA, CUAN, AMMN, PANI, DSSA) jatuh sampai ke level 5,661 dengan valuasi forward PE 8.8x (Pic 2). Indeks telah terkoreksi 19% dari titik tertinggi 6,993 dan secara valuasi sudah turun dari 14,1x. Koreksi saat ini terjadi tanpa terjadi krisis maupun kondisi pandemi. Koreksi saat ini terjadi lebih karena pelemahan mata uang yang terjadi di banyak negara terhadap Dollar AS. Selain itu, banyak noise dalam pasar modal yang memberikan sentimen negative dan bila dilihat lebih jauh, kondisi saat ini hanya bersifat sementara.
