Indeks IHSG masih terkoreksi 1% wow, namun indeks LQ45 bangkit 1,4% wow. Kenaikan saham pada indeks LQ45 terjadi karena saham sektor perbankan dan telekomunikasi yang memiliki fundamental baik memiliki valuasi yang menarik setelah koreksi pada bulan lalu. Sementara saham yang memiiliki valuasi terlalu mahal terkoreksi dalam sehingga mempengaruhi indeks IHSG. Kami kembali menyarankan investor untuk berhati \u2013 hati dalam berinvestasi agar dapat bertumbuh secara berkesinambungan.<\/li>\n<li>Yield dari obligasi pemerintah 10 tahun stabil di 6,9% dengan spread yang stabil di 240 bps terhadap yield dari US Treasury.<\/li>\n<li>Nilai tukar Rupiah sedikit menguat 0,3% wow di bawah Rp16,200.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Macro:<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indonesia S&amp;P PMI Manufacturing di Mei24 berada pada level 52.1 (vs 52.9 di Apr24). Sementara itu, Indonesia membukukan inflasi yang lebih rendah di 2.84% yoy pada Mei24 (vs 3.0% yoy di Apr24), namun inflasi inti yang lebih tinggi s1.93% yoy (vs 1.82% yoy di Apr24).<\/li>\n<li>China Caixin PMI Manufacturing Mei24 tercatat pada level 51.7 (vs 51.4 di Apr24), China Caixin PMI Services menguat ke 54,0 di Mei24 (vs. 52,5 di Apr24).<\/li>\n<li>AS S&amp;P PMI Manufacturing di Mei24 meningkat ke level 51,3 (vs. 50 di Apr24), berbeda halnya dengan ISM PMI Manufacturing yang menurun ke 48,7 (vs. 49,2 di Apr24). Di pasar tenaga kerja, AS mencatatkan tambahan non-farm payrolls 272 ribu (vs. 165 ribu di Apr24) serta tingkat pengangguran di 4,0% pada (vs. 3,9di Apr24). Jumlah lapangan kerja JOLTs Job Openings turun menjadi 8.06 juta di Apr24 (vs. 8.36 juta di Mar24).<\/li>\n<li>India mencatatkan PMI Manufacturing Mei24 di 57.5 (vs 58,8 di Apr24).<\/li>\n<li>EU menurunkan suku bunga acuan 25bps ke 3,75% dari sebelumnya 4,00%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"picture-of-the-week\">Picture of the week<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10401\" src=\"https:\/\/mandiri-invest.azdevs.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2024-06-10-at-09.58.50.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1452\" height=\"1104\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bank Sentral Eropa\u00a0 memotong suku bunga acuan pertama kali dalam 5 tahun terakhir.ECB menurunkan 25 bps ECP rate dari 4,00% menjadi 3,75%. Keputusan tersebut merupakan langkah awal yang diambil oleh Bank Sentral utama dunia setelah data inflasi terlihat mulai teratasi. Selain ECB, Bank Sentral lain yang diharapkan melakukan penyesuaian adalah The Fed dan BOE (Pic 1).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10402\" src=\"https:\/\/mandiri-invest.azdevs.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2024-06-10-at-09.59.06.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1450\" height=\"998\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sementara BI Rate terakhir dinaikan pada bulan April 2024 dalam menjaga nilai tukar Rupiah. Jika melihat kondisi pasar tenaga kerja AS pertumbuhan upah semakin menurun seturut lowongan kerjaan (Pic 2). Data terakhir terlihat data pengangguran meningkat ke 4.0%, namun NFP masih bertahan baik.<\/p>\n<p>Melihat kondisi ekonomi yang semakin melemah, inflasi yang menjadi masalh utama harusnya ikut menurun menuju target Bank Sentral. The Fed seharusnya menurunkan suku bunga acuan agar ekonomi tidak jatuh ke dalam resesi. Momentum saat ini sangat tepat untuk masuk ke RD pendapatan tetap (RD MIDU dan RD MIDO2) serta RD pasar uang (RD MIPU dan MMUSD).
