“Saya sudah mengajukan permohonan pengaduan sengketa melalui Aplikasi Portal Perlindungan Konsumen atau APPK. Apakah terdapat biaya jika saya memohonkan untuk menyelesaikan pengaduan tersebut di LAPS SJK?”<\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

Perlu saudara ketahui bahwa pengaduan sengketa yang dilayani di LAPS SJK terdiri dari dua sengketa, yaitu sengketa retail & small claims <\/em>dan sengketa komersil. Adapun yang menjadi tolok ukur penentuan jenis sengketa tersebut diatur melalui Peraturan Lembaga Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa Sektor Jasa Keuangan Nomor 06 tentang Biaya Layanan Penyelesaian Sengketa \u201c(Peraturan Biaya)\u201d<\/strong>\u201d. Sengketa yang masuk ke dalam kategori retail & small claims <\/em>dikategorikan berdasarkan nilai sengketa yang akan diselesaikan di LAPS SJK, yaitu :<\/p>\n

Jenis sengketa<\/strong><\/td>\nAmbang batas nilai sengketa<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
bidang pergadaian, pembiayaan dan\u00a0fintech<\/em><\/td>\nsengketa dengan nilai tuntutan Konsumen kepada PUJK sampai dengan sengketa dengan nilai tuntutan Konsumen kepada PUJK sampai dengan Rp200.000.000,00 (dua ratus juta rupiah)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
perbankan, pasar modal, asuransi jiwa, dana pensiun, modal ventura, dan penjaminan<\/td>\nsengketa dengan nilai tuntutan Konsumen kepada PUJK sampai dengan Rp500.000.000,00 (lima ratus juta rupiah)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
asuransi umum<\/td>\nsengketa dengan nilai tuntutan Konsumen kepada PUJK sampai dengan Rp750.000.000,00 (tujuh ratus lima puluh juta rupiah)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Apabila nilai sengketa yang saudara mohonkan melalui APPK tersebut tidak melebihi dari ambang batas nilai sengketa di atas, maka sengketa saudara masuk ke dalam kategori sengketa retail & small claims<\/em> sehingga tidak dikenakan biaya apapun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Namun, apabila nilai sengketa yang dimohonkan melalui APPK tersebut melebihi ambang batas nilai sengketa, maka akan dikategorikan sebagai sengketa komersil sehingga akan dikenakan biaya penanganan aduan yang terdiri dari biaya \u00a0wajib yang harus dibayarkan serta biaya tentatif yaitu biaya yang harus dibayarkan jika diperlukan dalam rangkaian proses mediasi. Biaya wajib terdiri dari biaya pendaftaran permohonan mediasi, biaya administrasi mediasi serta honorarium mediator. Sedangkan biaya tentatif terdiri dari biaya pertemuan dan biaya pelaksanaan hasil mediasi.<\/p>\n
