We hereby inform that the Proposed Acquisition forms part of a strategic initiative in the consolidation of the asset management industry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) under the Himbara Bank Group to strengthen governance, improve efficiency, and create a more optimal economic scale in the national financial sector.<\/p>\n<p> &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12414\" src=\"https:\/\/mandiri-invest.azdevs.my.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/170426-MANDIRI-DANANTARA-2-X-120-INVESTOR-REV1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"579\" height=\"876\" \/><\/p>\n<p> &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"418\" data-end=\"753\">We hereby inform that the Proposed Acquisition constitutes part of a strategic initiative in the consolidation of the state-owned asset management industry (BUMN) within the Himbara Bank Group, aimed at strengthening governance, improving efficiency, and creating a more optimal economic scale within the national financial sector.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"1113\">PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi affirms that the Proposed Acquisition will not affect the investment management services provided to investors.
