Fluktuasi ringan IHSG terjadi pada pekan lalu dan ditutup dengan kenaikan 30bps. Begitu pula pada yield INDOGB 10 thn yang ditutup masih sama pada 6,43% meskipun pada pertengahan minggu sempat turun ke 6,34%. Pergerakan yield obligasi cukup positif karena terjadi penurunan pada yield dari UST.<\/p>\n

Cadangan devisa Indonesia bulan Mei turun menjadi USD 136,4 milyar dari USD 138,8 milyar sebelumnya. Sementara Indeks Keyakinan Konsumen naik ke 104,4 pada Mei dari 101,5 pada bulan April. Retail sales bulan Mei membuat kejutan dengan mencatatkan kenaikan 15,6% dari penurunan 14,6% sebelumnya dimana ini adalah kenaikan pertama kali sejak 17 bulan dan kenaikan terbesar sejak Juni 2016.<\/p>\n

Inflasi US pada Mei naik menjadi 5% dari 4,2% bulan sebelumnya dan lebih tinggi dari ekspektasi consensus di 4,7%.<\/p>\n

Inflasi inti US naik mencapai 3,8% yoy tertinggi sejak 1992 dan inflasi di 5% juga tertinggi sejak 2008. Namun pasar sepertinya setuju dengan pandangan the Fed yang melihat kenaikan inflasi hanya bersifat sementara sehingga yield UST turun. Dikatakan sementara karena the Fed dan investor masih melihat konsumer memiliki saving<\/i> yang besar selama pandemi untuk belanja. Salah satu faktor yang sedang diamati adalah wage growth <\/i>(kenaikan upah) untuk melihat kenaikan inflasi. Jika ada kenaikan upah, maka harga dapat dinaikan seperti yang terjadi pada era 1970an. Saat ini kenaikan upah yang terjadi diperkirakan belum akan belangsung lama.<\/p>\n
